The property was beautiful spacious and a close drive to all the fun. The only thing I did not like is the tile floor they should leave a broom and maybe a swifter it gets dirty fast. Maybe when they clean the room just sweep and a quick mop is the main areas. This place is such a gem just outside the touristy Old San Juan area! Looks just like the pictures and felt like a private slice of paradise. The outdoor hot tub and little pool, perfect! They even left some water and snacks in the room, the island is hot, stay hydrated 💙 Luisa (sorry if that's not her name!) was so sweet, kind and always attentive even before we ever got there. She called to confirm and see if we needed anything before our arrival. Would recommend, 10/10, would love to come back!!Posted on Google

Everything was great about the place and both my wife and I agreed we when visit San Juan again this is the place we will stay. Kevin21 September 2026This location has been one of the best air bnb locations I’ve stayed in. I definitely recommend it for anyone with a big group for the many beds and showers. As far as location goes it’s super close to the airport and anything you could ever need is within 5/15 Minutes. Dos habitaciones, sala, comedor para 6 personas, estufa, nevera completa, microondas, TV en sala y en cada habitación, consolas de aire al mejor funcionamiento. A 5 mnts caminando de Ciudadela. Muy bien en relación facilidades vs precio. K. Roberts8 September 2026Wonderful condos right on the beach! We had a view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. I would stay here again and in fact I hope to. Restaurants groceries and shopping are all in walking distance. Though heads up they did call me right before departure and ask if I needed transportation from the airport and I agreed and used their service. It was fine and we got to our hotel with no issues (though we did have to share the vehicle with other tourists) but they charge about double what it would cost to use a private Uber in San Juan. Uber is cheap and reliable in Puerto Rico. So doing this trip again I would save money and use Uber instead. I did find a German cockroach in the kitchen the first morning and texted them about it. The replied quickly and said in order to do anything they would need a photo of it. But by then it was already killed and disposed of.+3Posted on Airbnb

Lailany7 September 2026We had an excellent stay. We had a large group of 15 people yet there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The common areas and courtyard were large and gave us space to gather and hang out. The driveway fit 3 cars and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Easily walkable to great cafes, shops, and the beach! It is also so close to the airport. The hosts were extremely accommodating and proactive in checking in on our needs. They answered all of our questions with barely any wait time! It was pretty perfect for our needs and I would highly recommend.Posted on Google

Stayed as a group of 6, all rooms had AC’s that worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, host provides chairs for beach. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Views are amazing. The location was great to access the beach, walk to surrounding areas, or grab an Uber. Was also able to get Walmart delivery. Pretty much all of the initial supplies were enough to last our week long trip. We were also connected with Alberto, who picked us up at the airport. He later took us on a private tour of the El Yunque Rainforest and to Luquilla Beach. robert3 July 2026The blankets on both the bed and the sofa were not clean. Although the apartment appeared clean at first glance, it had a strong wet dog odor throughout. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen ourselves, and we sprayed the couch with Lysol because of the smell. In addition, there was no dresser or adequate storage to unpack our clothes, so we had to keep everything in our suitcases for the duration of our stay. The place is very well kept, but it has the charm of an old home from the 1960s. Reminds me of my grandparents home. The rooms are nice and spacious. The place is very clean. Beautiful beach view. The beach is literally across the street! Everything within walking distance. The couch/sofa bed needs a good cleaning and definitely more bath linens needed to be provided. We had a party of 3 for 5 nights and only received 3 bath towels and 3 washclothes. this would not have been an inconvenience, if the unit was equipped with a washer and dryer. I contacted them right away, had a great response and grateful they moved me to the following week without issue. They hotel is charming, secure and very clean. Our room was not ready when we arrived a bit early. The front desk brought water and snacks for me and my grandchildren. They are very responsive. Had a PERFECT stay at the Santorini villa for my birthday with friends. The Capital Jetset group was accommodating, kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of beach towels and bath towels for everyone, walking distance from the beach and some of the best food in PR. Ubers everywhere were so cheap and I’d come back in a heartbeat! That check in and check out were easy. ☹ We didn't like much the parking area as is a bit far away is 4 minutes walking but if you are women an alone walking at night with luggage and stuff its a little complicated and dangerous.
