Our family had a fantastic experience here! We were able to get assistance and quick responses for anything we needed. The location was great to access the beach, walk to surrounding areas, or grab an Uber. Was also able to get Walmart delivery. Pretty much all of the initial supplies were enough to last our week long trip. We were also connected with Alberto, who picked us up at the airport. He later took us on a private tour of the El Yunque Rainforest and to Luquilla Beach. We had a wonderful vacation in Ocean Park for our annual girls trip. There were 7 of us and we couldn’t have been happier with this Airbnb. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops and bars. The beach was just a short walk and it was beautiful. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for us all to get ready. We took Salsa lessons on the beach which was a lot of fun. We usually stay In Condado which is close by, but can be very touristy. Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Portofino! Every year we take a special vacation with our grandchildren and godchildren, and I can honestly say this was one of the best vacation homes we've ever experienced. From the moment we booked until checkout, the team at Capital Jetset provided exceptional service. Their communication was outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The home was perfect for our group of six adults and six children. Everyone had their own bedroom, giving us the ideal balance of privacy and togetherness. The children loved having space to create dance parties, game areas, and cozy reading nooks, while the adults looked forward to relaxing on the beautiful rooftop each evening with a glass of wine after a fun-filled day. What truly set this experience apart was the level of hospitality. When we arrived, we were welcomed with drinks and snacks thoughtfully provided for both the adults and the children, which was such a wonderful touch after a day of traveling. They also arranged in-home massages for our group, allowing us to relax without ever leaving the house. Transportation was another area where they exceeded every expectation. They provided airport transportation for our arrival and departure, took us grocery shopping so we could stock the house, and even drove us to an excursion that was over an hour away. Most impressively, they waited nearby during our excursion and returned to pick us up within our two-hour pickup window. That level of care and flexibility made our vacation completely stress-free. The location was equally impressive. We were within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to enjoy San Juan without relying on transportation for everything. Every detail reflected genuine care for their guests. The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. More importantly, it became the place where our family created memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a vacation rental that offers not only a beautiful home but also concierge-level service and genuine hospitality, I cannot recommend Capital Jetset enough. I had a great time at the Raquet Club Condominium! The apartment was nice and quiet, located in a great area where you can walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The staff provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions, which made check-in and everything else completely stress-free. The view overlooking the beach was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. The property was spotless when we arrived, and all of the amenities were clean, well-maintained, and easy to find. Every room had air conditioning that was simple to adjust, making our stay comfortable throughout. We also loved how convenient it was to access both the pool and the beach. Wonderful condos right on the beach! We had a view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. I would stay here again and in fact I hope to. Restaurants groceries and shopping are all in walking distance. Though heads up they did call me right before departure and ask if I needed transportation from the airport and I agreed and used their service. It was fine and we got to our hotel with no issues (though we did have to share the vehicle with other tourists) but they charge about double what it would cost to use a private Uber in San Juan. Uber is cheap and reliable in Puerto Rico. So doing this trip again I would save money and use Uber instead. I did find a German cockroach in the kitchen the first morning and texted them about it. The replied quickly and said in order to do anything they would need a photo of it. But by then it was already killed and disposed of.

I would definitelystay here again. The location to the beach, restaurants and other things to do is perfect. The managing company was wonderful.  They replied immediately to any of my questions. Check-in took a bit of time because it was confusing but we eventually got checked in. Also it was inconvenient having only one fob for the property gates. When my husband wanted to do something different than myself, we were not always able to because we couldn't come and go separately. The room was very clean and they provided clean linens and towels,  however I did not care for the fabric along the side-rails of the bed. This is where people put there feet when sitting on the side of the bed, so it was dirty. Other than these few inconveniences, we really enjoyed the room and our stay.
